Dan Navarra - Executive Vice President

Mr. Navarra has over 20 years experience managing the design and construction of critical support facilities, primarily in the field of disaster recovery. He is a principal, officer, and Executive Vice President directly responsible for defining and incorporating all project management criteria into TMI projects. He provides senior level leadership and corporate direction for the firm, in addition to key project management and business partner interface responsibilities.

Prior to joining TMI, Mr. Navarra was the Director of Facilities Implementation for Comdisco Continuity Services, who was at the time the leader of disaster recovery and high availability services. Starting as a Construction Manager in 1988, he then became responsible for all design and construction projects totaling 34 Comdisco facilities throughout North America. Before the fall of CCS's parent company, he created and developed a facilities department, managing up to $80 million worth of projects in a single year with only four individuals.

Before Comdisco, Borggren/Dickson Construction Company in Atlanta, GA employed Mr. Navarra. As a project manager for the general contracting firm, he was selected to manage the construction of their new corporate headquarters, worked on State projects, and managed three projects for Comdisco.

With his history as a general contractor, Owner's rep, and architect/engineer, Mr. Navarra has managed over two million square feet of data center and business recovery spaces, commercial office buildings, and higher education facilities.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
