Noteworthy Projects

A few of our noteworthy projects of interest include:

We provided complete turnkey , design, and construction services on 26 sites throughout the country. Each site ranged from 10,000 -19,000 square feet and $3.0 to 5.5 million.
We provided services for Allegiance in the following markets: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Jose, San Diego, Orange County, Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Chicago, Cleveland, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Washington, Detroit, Boston, New York, Secaucus NJ, Miami, Tampa, Baltimore, and Pittsburgh.

We provided complete project management, design, engineering, consulting, and construction services on over 30 sites. A principal of TMI managed every Comdisco disaster recovery facility throughout North America before the parent company went bankrupt and sold to SunGard. Sites ranged from 2,000 - 300,000 square feet and cost up to $54 million.
We provided services for Comdisco in the following markets: New York, Newark, Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando, Toronto, Detroit, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Chicago, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Dallas, Phoenix, Denver, Calgary, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Seattle, and Victoria.

Since January 2000, we have provided complete turnkey project management, design and construction services for two 70,000 plus sq. ft. sites and three 30,000 sq. ft. sites, plus provided consulting services to oversee the completion of multiple sites started by other Project Management firms.  Construction costs ranged from $5.0 to 30.0 million.
We provided services for Verio in the following markets: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Jose, San Ramon CA, San Diego, Dallas, Austin, Chicago, New York, Rochester, Boston, and Newark.

We designed and managed a number of projects for Dataside in Dallas and Plano, TX. Those projects included a 14,200 sq. ft. data center costing $12.7 million; an 8,900 sq. ft. data center costing $10.9 million; and a $7 million upgrade to another data center.

We provided services on various types of projects for Convergys in Lake Mary and Maitland, FL. Those projects included a new 60,000 sq. ft. data center building as the client technical representative, an infrastructure wiring design on that data center and a 125,000 sq. ft. office, planning procurement of a 42 position command center console, and a complete turnkey design construction management of a 750 kVA multi-module UPS System.
We also provided services for a 40 position command center planning procurement project, and a turnkey design for an 1125 kVA multi-module UPS System in Cincinnati, OH.

We provided complete turnkey design & project management services for three 15,000 sq. ft. telecommunication facilities in Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Chicago.
