Competitive Fees - We provide our professional fees, covering the complete range of project management services to you, at the onset of your project. Thereafter, all other project services are competitively bid by TMI on your behalf to secure competitive project prices.

Expedited Project Schedule - We leverage our experience with design and construction and our vendor relationships to significantly reduce evaluation and decision time on critical matters. As a result we meet your project schedule allowing you to enter markets substantially faster and/or at reduced project costs.
